about usDiane has been practicing estate planning and elder law since 1983. She graduated from Santa Clara University Law School in 1982, received a Master of Laws in taxation in 1984 and is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate. In addition to her law practice, Diane is a member of the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Bar Association. She has been involved in the speakers bureau for the Bar Association and frequently speaks to senior groups and community organizations. Diane is also a member of the board of directors for the Live Oak Adult Day Services centers in Los Gatos and San Jose. Skillful listening to the client's needs and goals allows Diane to effectively draft and implement each client's estate plan. Target clients will include anyone who has not signed a will or a trust or who has documents that are more than ten years old. Diane enjoys scrap booking, running and gardening. |
